The RPPS Book Fair is one of Ottawa’s largest and longest-running school fundraisers — and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous sponsors.

By becoming a sponsor, you’re not just supporting a beloved community event — you’re helping fund literacy programs, classroom resources, student activities, and much more at RPPS. It’s an opportunity to give back while connecting with hundreds of families in our neighbourhood and beyond.

What that means for visibility: between 3,000 and 5,000 visitors across the three sale days, plus a parents’ presale night before we open to the public. And because a Fair this size takes weeks to build, sponsors’ signage is up throughout September during our collection and sorting nights, in front of the volunteers, parents, and community members who make it happen.

Sponsorship helps us cover essential costs such as equipment rentals, signage, refreshments for volunteers, and operational supplies. Every contribution — monetary or in-kind — helps us stretch our impact.
